These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RemoteFlow platform, operated by RemoteFlow Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use RemoteFlow. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a natural person or an authorised representative of a legal entity, that you are not prohibited from using financial services under applicable Kenyan law, and that all information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.
To access our services, you must complete the account registration process and pass our Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. We use third-party identity verification providers to authenticate your identity documents. Failure to complete KYC may result in restricted access to certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, multi-factor authentication devices, and all activity that occurs under your account.
RemoteFlow provides the following core services:

RemoteFlow charges transparent, flat-rate fees with no hidden surcharges:
All applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule with 30 days' written notice.
Users agree to abide by Safaricom's Daraja API policies and M-Pesa terms of service when conducting transactions through our platform. RemoteFlow acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by the Safaricom network or third-party payment processors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and multi-factor authentication (MFA) devices. You must notify us immediately at hello@remoteflow.cc if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We employ bank-grade security measures including bcrypt password hashing, JWT session management, real-time fraud scoring, and TOTP-based two-factor authentication.
You agree not to use RemoteFlow for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Kenyan law, Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) regulations, or international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to freeze, suspend, or close any account that is suspected of engaging in prohibited activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, RemoteFlow Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from: (a) unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials; (b) transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors or network outages; (c) any actions taken by our risk engine to block, flag, or review suspicious transactions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Cap 49, Laws of Kenya). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of RemoteFlow after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
